ReliantSouth Construction Group has been awarded the Max Fit Sports Nutrition Project at Pier Park North. This project will serve as the 3rd project the ReliantSouth Team has facilitated at Pier Park® North, a 360,000 square foot shopping center located across from Pier Park® Lifestyle Center on US-98 east of the intersection of State Road 79. Pier Park North will include a variety of well-known national retailers.

U.S. Representative Steve Southerland toured the North Bay Haven Charter Academy construction site on May 2, 2014. Officials at Bay Haven Charter Academy, Inc. welcomed the congressman and city officials to tour its developing site for North Bay Haven Charter Academy, which will begin serving sixth to 12th grade students in the upcoming school year.
On Friday, May 2nd, I will don the graduation robes once again and receive an MBA from Auburn University. Unconventional as it may be, at the age of 50 I decided to go back to school and get a Masters Degree in Business Administration.
The ReliantSouth Team hosted a “Celebration at the Ballpark” on April 9th to watch the Gulf Coast State Commodore Baseball Team take on the Chipola College Indians. Great weather, food & fellowship was enjoyed by all. The ReliantSouth Team keenly recognizes the importance of celebrating our accomplishments, that we live in a wonderful community …. and that life is very good.
Construction is progressing exceptionally well on the new Sandestin Welcome Center in South Walton County. This three story building will house resort registration along with administrative offices. Jason Phillips (Project Manager) and Don Rice (Project Superintendent) have diligently worked with project subcontractors and the design team to get the project off to a great start. The project is slated for completion in December 2014.
