On March 27, 2024, ReliantSouth completed the Design/Build 15,000 sf classroom prototype building at Southport Elementary. The project was completed in less than 8 months! Congratulations to all involved enhancing the learning environment for our Bay County Students.
In November 2023, ReliantSouth completed the new IHOP located at 7940 Pine Forest Road in Pensacola, FL. ReliantSouth was selected by the Owner based upon their successful completion of multiple prior projects. Lee Brinegar, ReliantSouth Superintendent, did an outstanding job coordinating the trades and delivering an amazing restaurant to our highly valued client.
ReliantSouth recently completed our first Blue Sky Express Carwash, located on Lisenby and 390. This state-of-the-art carwash has a 180′ washing tunnel along with compressed air hoses next to the vacuum stations.
ReliantSouth has been selected as the General Contractor for the Sonny’s BBQ Somerset, KY remodel project. This will mark ReliantSouth’s 28th Sonny’s BBQ project! We are genuinely grateful for our longstanding relationship with this outstanding client. The entire ReliantSouth Team would like to salute Kelly Mount who retired earlier this month. He will be greatly missed, but we are excited for his next journey. His retirement plans include riding his bike, gardening, taking care of his “honey do” list”, and spending time with his family… especially his granddaughter!
