Reflections at Bay Point
In the wake of Hurricane Michael, ReliantSouth was selected by the Reflections HOA to repair the building’s exterior envelope to pre-storm conditions. The challenging project was completed under budget and ahead of schedule.
Central Baptist Church
After 60 years in the same location, Central Baptist Church decided to move locations within Panama City in order to better fulfill its mission. ReliantSouth performed extensive renovations to the new campus which is now serving its congregation and the greater community in an impactful role.
Cove Condominium
In the wake of Hurricane Michael, ReliantSouth was selected by the Cove Condominum HOA as the Construction Manager for their extensive repairs. The project involved extensive renovations to return the condominium to its pre-storm condition. Jeff Wandasiewicz served as the Superintendent and completed the challenging project while exceeding the clients’ expectations.

Panama City Toyota
Panama City Toyota selected ReliantSouth to serve as their Construction Manager on their extensive renovation to their facility which is the largest Toyota dealership facility in the Southeast. Under the leadership of Mack Lewis & Jeff Wandasiewicz, the project was extremely successful and delivered ahead of schedule and under budget.
Gulf Power Vehicle Maintenance Facility
ReliantSouth was selected by Gulf Power (now Florida Power & Light) as the General Contractor for their new Vehicle Maintenance Facility. This critical facility is utilized to service and repair trucks that keep our regional electrical infrastructure operational for countless customers throughout Northwest Florida.
Hope Radiation Cancer Center
