The project was facilitated for a repeat client which is a testimony to the ReliantSouth team's focus on client satisfaction. The building houses two (2) separate tenant spaces, including Emerald Coast Olive Oil.
ReliantSouth served as the General Contractor on an extensive retail renovation project in Gulf Breeze, FL. The scope consisted of significant modifications to the existing 6,000 sf building’s structural shell and improvements for two (2) new tenant spaces.
