Panama City Toyota selected ReliantSouth to serve as their Construction Manager on their extensive renovation to their facility which is the largest Toyota dealership facility in the Southeast. Under the leadership of Mack Lewis & Jeff Wandasiewicz, the project was extremely successful and delivered ahead of schedule and under budget.
Gulf Power Vehicle Maintenance Facility
ReliantSouth was selected by Gulf Power (now Florida Power & Light) as the General Contractor for their new Vehicle Maintenance Facility. This critical facility is utilized to service and repair trucks that keep our regional electrical infrastructure operational for countless customers throughout Northwest Florida.
Bob Tyler Toyota
ReliantSouth was selected by Bob Tyler Toyota to renovate both their main sales building and certified pre-owned building. The project is just now underway… stay tuned for final project photos!
Revint Solutions
Revint Solutions, a revenue recovery company for the healthcare industry, selected ReliantSouth to serve as their General Contractor on their new regional office located in Lynn Haven, FL. The office will be located inside the Tyndall Federal Credit Union Operations Center and serve 150 employees with a variety of jobs including auditors, collectors, billers, and coders.
Centennial Bank: Santa Rosa Beach, FL
ReliantSouth was selected to serve as the General Contractor for Centennial Bank’s newest branch location in Northwest Florida, Santa Rosa Beach. The unique, modern facility is adorned with ACM and Geo Lam Soleo accents. The branch incorporates a customer forward approach to personalized banking.
Capital City Bank: Watersound Origins
After successfully constructing both the Panama City Beach & Port St. Joe branch locations, the St. Joe Company turned to ReliantSouth to facilitate the construction of the newest Capital City Bank location in Northwest Florida. The 4,769 sf location is now successfully serving the rapidly growing Watersound Origins community.

Based on the success of the Capital City Bank Panama City Beach branch, the St. Joe Company selected ReliantSouth to construct the new Port St. Joe branch. The 4,769 square foot project was integral in restoring local customers with convenient banking access in the wake of Hurricane Michael.
