On July 1st, the ReliantSouth Team joined Party America management and the general public to celebrate the Grand Opening of the Party America store located at Pier Park North in Panama City Beach. ReliantSouth was proud to serve as the General Contractor on this successful retail project and thoroughly enjoyed working alongside this client. The ReliantSouth team wishes Party America continued growth and success in their new location.
The ReliantSouth Team recently broke ground on the Frank Brown Park Clubhouse project located in Panama City Beach, FL. The clubhouse facility is a component of the major renovation underway at the park including new fields and various amenities. Sports tourism has become a major focal point for the City of Panama City Beach in recent years and is steadily diversifying and growing the local economy. The ReliantSouth Team is proud to be involved with this project that will impact our area for years to come.
ReliantSouth has been selected to serve as the General Contractor for the new 40,000 square foot Roses Department Store located in Callaway, FL. The retailer sells apparel, accessories, home furnishings, décor, toys and other household needs. The ReliantSouth Team looks forward to breaking ground soon!
ReliantSouth recently completed the construction of the widely acclaimed Destin Ice Market 30A for celebrity Chef Tim Creehan in South Walton County. Chef Tim Creehan is the recipient of numerous culinary awards throughout his storied career. ReliantSouth thoroughly enjoyed working alongside Chef Tim and his team throughout the project. The market will feature a wine Cruvinet room, an extensive wine collection and most importantly… the freshest seafood on the Gulf Coast.
ReliantSouth recently completed the new Inlet Beach Water Systems Office project. Inlet Beach Water Systems (IBWS) is a non-profit member owned utility provider. IBWS serves the Inlet Beach unincorporated community of approximately 550 acres located in southeast Walton County in Northwest Florida along the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.
ReliantSouth has been awarded a 6,400 sf retail project located in Callaway, FL. The project includes demolition of existing building structures on the site, extensive sitework and construction of a new building which will house two (2) national retailers. The ReliantSouth Team is excited to work with this repeat client and will be breaking ground soon!
On April 11th, ReliantSouth held its 3rd Annual Day at the Ballpark at Gulf Coast State College. The ReliantSouth team, friends & family gathered at Bill Frazier Field to enjoy watching the Commodores take on the Northwest Florida State College Raiders.
