In November 2023, ReliantSouth completed the new IHOP located at 7940 Pine Forest Road in Pensacola, FL. ReliantSouth was selected by the Owner based upon their successful completion of multiple prior projects. Based upon ReliantSouth’s successful completion of Planet Fitness projects in Florida and Mississippi, the Owner selected ReliantSouth as their General Contractor to convert a vacated Office Depot into a 19,561 sf Planet Fitness. The project was completed in October 2023 and is enabling the local Oxford community to achieve their fitness goals.
