A Baltimore, Maryland real estate development and management firm recently purchased the Plantation Shopping Center in Destin for over $13mm dollars. After interviewing multiple construction firms and an extended due diligence phase, the team at ReliantSouth has been entrusted with the project and will begin work tomorrow. Evidently our new client was impressed with both the value that we would add to their team plus our well-rounded experience.
