ReliantSouth has been selected by Sonny's Franchise Company to serve as their Construction Manager for the new, "prototype" Sonny's BBQ to be constructed in Gainesville, FL and hopefully throughout the Southeastern United States. This project will mark the eighth (8th) Sonny's construction project that ReliantSouth has facilitated for the Franchise Company as well as several franchisees. Concurrent to the recent re-branding of Sonny's BBQ, the new prototype exemplifies Sonny's sole focus…great barbecue. The new prototype reflects a new approach to showcasing the smoking process, having a dedicated "Pitmaster" area at each restaurant and implementing construction materials that reflect the "barbecue experience". This fresh, new look is sure to keep Sonny's BBQ established as an icon in the world of barbecue.
