World Market Project Update

ReliantSouth’s World Market project at Pier Park North located on Panama City Beach is tracking exceptionally well. ReliantSouth was awarded both the shell & tenant improvement construction packages for this national retailer’s project. Dalton Parker (Project Manager) & Kelly Mount (Project Superintendent) have done an exceptional job coordinating with the owner, tenant & many national account vendors to facilitate a smooth project for all involved. The project will be completed during the 1st quarter of 2015.

Sandestin Welcome Center Project Update

The Sandestin Welcome Center opens for business on Monday December 15th. This critically important facility will serve as the nerve center for the 2,600 acre Sandestin Resort, with multiple different functions including check-in, reservations, real estate, human resources, and administration.

The ReliantSouth team in partnership with owner Tom Becnel and architect Steve Piazza and multiple design consultants and subcontractors is proud to report that this three story facility was completed ahead of schedule and under budget.

ReliantSouth Completes Sonny’s BBQ Callaway Project

The ReliantSouth Team recently completed the Sonny’s BBQ Callaway Project on October 31, 2014. The project involved extensive renovations to an existing building that had been unoccupied for years. The ReliantSouth Team transformed the space into a warm, inviting restaurant that serves the best BBQ in the South. This project marks the ReliantSouth team’s ninth (9th) Sonny’s BBQ project. Aaron McPhail Selected for Leadership Bay 2014-2015 Class

U.S. Rep. Steve Southerland Visits North Bay Haven Project

U.S. Representative Steve Southerland toured the North Bay Haven Charter Academy construction site on May 2, 2014. Officials at Bay Haven Charter Academy, Inc. welcomed the congressman and city officials to tour its developing site for North Bay Haven Charter Academy, which will begin serving sixth to 12th grade students in the upcoming school year.
