Sonny’s BBQ Atlanta – Client Ranked ReliantSouth “Excellent”

ReliantSouth’s core focus is client satisfaction. For this reason, ReliantSouth seeks to analyze each project to evaluate opportunities for improvement as well as to celebrate success. At the conclusion of each project, ReliantSouth issues clients a performance evaluation survey. The feedback received from these surveys is greatly emphasized within the organization in an effort to strive for continued improvement of all facets of the firm. ReliantSouth Awarded Berkshire Hathaway Office Project

ReliantSouth has recently been awarded a tenant improvement project by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida. The project will consist of a new office for the firm’s growing real estate business on Panama City Beach.

ReliantSouth Awarded Luxury Home Overlooking Lake Powell

ReliantSouth has been awarded a luxury residence overlooking Lake Powell, the largest coastal dune lake in the state of Florida. The 5,200 sf home consists of insulated concrete form system walls, large entertaining areas & decks overlooking the scenic lake and implements the coastal architectural style of the 30A corridor in South Walton County.

ReliantSouth Completes Sonny’s BBQ Lawrenceville, GA

ReliantSouth Construction Group recently completed the extensive renovation to the Sonny’s BBQ in Lawrenceville, GA. The project was completed in a mere 80 days and incorporates the new ’68 style concurrent with franchise’s rebranding program. The Lawrenceville location marked ReliantSouth’s eleventh (11th) Sonny’s project. Stop by soon to great some great BBQ!

ReliantSouth Awarded Gulf Breeze, FL Retail Project

ReliantSouth has recently been awarded an extensive retail renovation project in Gulf Breeze, FL. The scope consists of significant modifications to the existing 6,000 sf building’s structural shell and improvements for two (2) new tenant spaces.

New Team Member – Mitch Parham

Mitch is the newest member to the ReliantSouth team, joining in January 2016. He attained his Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from the University of West Florida. Mitch brings over seven (7) years of construction experience to the team and previously served on construction projects at Eglin Air Force Base and Duke Field. He is currently assisting in the Estimating Department.

ReliantSouth Breaks Ground on 12th Sonny’s BBQ – Atlanta, GA

The ReliantSouth team recently commenced work on their 12th Sonny’s BBQ project. The extensive renovation to the Atlanta, GA restaurant reflects the new ’68 design which embraces the rich history of Sonny’s foundation in 1968 while also implementing modern materials to achieve a great “local BBQ joint” feel. ReliantSouth Awarded Crossings at Inlet Beach Phase 2

ReliantSouth Construction Group has recently been awarded The Crossings at Inlet Beach Phase 2 Project. The 8,160 sf retail building is scheduled to house three (3) tenants in this growing area of the Walton County 30A corridor.

ReliantSouth Named as CM on JourneyPure Project

ReliantSouth has recently been named as the Construction Manager for the JourneyPure project located on Panama City Beach, FL. JourneyPure is an addiction rehabilitation center with four (4) current locations in the United States. The project’s program includes extensive renovations to a 8,500 sf existing building with an additional 4,500 sf living quarters building to be added upon completion of the renovation program.

ReliantSouth Breaks Ground on IBWS Office

ReliantSouth has recently broken ground for the new Inlet Beach Water Systems Office project. Inlet Beach Water Systems (IBWS) is a non-profit member owned utility provider. IBWS serves the Inlet Beach unincorporated community of approximately 550 acres located in southeast Walton County in Northwest Florida along the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. This project marks ReliantSouth’s third Walton County project awarded during the last two (2) months.
