ReliantSouth was selected by the St. Joe Company to build the Starbuck’s shell building on Richard Jackson Boulevard in Panama City Beach, FL. Charles Poffenbarger (ReliantSouth Superintendent/Project Manager) led the successful project and yet again delivered “solutions, value, and trust”.
Sonny’s BBQ: Fort Walton Beach, FL
Argonne Capital Group selected ReliantSouth as the General Contractor for their Fort Walton Beach, FL location based on a track record for delivering results on each Sonny’s BBQ project. The project was led by Lee Brinegar who has amassed a wealth of Sonny’s experience through his countless remodels and new store locations.
Sonny’s BBQ: Clinton, MS
ReliantSouth was selected by Argonne Capital to serve as the General Contractor on their new 4,955 square foot prototype Sonny’s BBQ located in Clinton, MS. The project was led by Lee Brinegar (ReliantSouth Superintendent) and due to Lee’s efforts was incredibly seamless.

Due to ReliantSouth’s previous success renovating Sonny’s BBQ restaurants for Argonne Capital Group, ReliantSouth was selected as the General Contractor for the Albany, GA renovation. ReliantSouth was selected by Sunshine Restaurant Parters (a subsidiary of Argonne Capital) to construct their 4,540 square foot new location in Pace, FL. ReliantSouth thoroughly enjoyed working with Chris Howard (Vice-President of Construction) and the project stakeholders to deliver yet another successful project.
