Based on their countless successful Sonny’s BBQ renovations prior, Argonne Capital selected ReliantSouth to serve as the General Contractor on their Tallahassee, FL (Dick Wilson Blvd.) remodel in late 2021. The 6,296 square foot store was renovated quickly and remained open throughout the remodel.
ReliantSouth served as the General Contractor on the successful renovation to the 6,082 square foot Sonny’s BBQ located in Thomasville, GA for Argonne Capital. The ReliantSouth team worked closely with Scott Frantz and Rick Thomas through pre-construction, value engineering, and the construction phase to ensure another quality renovation was delivered for all the project stakeholders.
ReliantSouth was selected by Argonne Capital to facilitate the Mercantile Front renovation from weathering cypress siding to the new brand standard of Nichiha siding. The project was completed successfully in a mere few weeks.
