Faced with growing needs for classrooms on multiple elementary school campuses, Bay District Schools selected to ReliantSouth to serve as the Design/Build firm on this 15,000 sf classroom addition project. The entire project was completed in a mere 8 months and is now serving students.
On March 27, 2024, ReliantSouth completed the Design/Build 15,000 sf classroom prototype building at Southport Elementary. The project was completed in less than 8 months! Congratulations to all involved enhancing the learning environment for our Bay County Students.
In November 2023, ReliantSouth completed the new IHOP located at 7940 Pine Forest Road in Pensacola, FL. ReliantSouth was selected by the Owner based upon their successful completion of multiple prior projects. Lee Brinegar, ReliantSouth Superintendent, did an outstanding job coordinating the trades and delivering an amazing restaurant to our highly valued client.

Based upon ReliantSouth’s successful completion of Planet Fitness projects in Florida and Mississippi, the Owner selected ReliantSouth as their General Contractor to convert a vacated Office Depot into a 19,561 sf Planet Fitness. The project was completed in October 2023 and is enabling the local Oxford community to achieve their fitness goals.
After interviewing several Construction Management firms, ReliantSouth was selected by the 98 Center development team to construct their two (2) 6,000 sf retail projects. The project is just now underway. Stay tuned for updates!
