ReliantSouth served as the Design/Build firm for the TreadFormer 30A project located at 98 Central in Santa Rosa Beach. The unique project turned out amazing! TreadFormer30A, offers an upbeat, musically driven combination of modernized Pilates and HIIT with a twist.
While serving as the Construction Manager of the 98 Central project, ReliantSouth was retained by the Stretch Zone Owner to build out their tenant space. Lindsey Jones and Joe Moseley did an exceptional job expediting this tenant improvement project.
