On April 11th, ReliantSouth held its 3rd Annual Day at the Ballpark at Gulf Coast State College. The ReliantSouth team, friends & family gathered at Bill Frazier Field to enjoy watching the Commodores take on the Northwest Florida State College Raiders. ReliantSouth has recently been awarded a tenant improvement project by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida. The project will consist of a new office for the firm’s growing real estate business on Panama City Beach.

ReliantSouth has been awarded a luxury residence overlooking Lake Powell, the largest coastal dune lake in the state of Florida. The 5,200 sf home consists of insulated concrete form system walls, large entertaining areas & decks overlooking the scenic lake and implements the coastal architectural style of the 30A corridor in South Walton County.
ReliantSouth Construction Group recently completed the extensive renovation to the Sonny’s BBQ in Lawrenceville, GA. The project was completed in a mere 80 days and incorporates the new ’68 style concurrent with franchise’s rebranding program. The Lawrenceville location marked ReliantSouth’s eleventh (11th) Sonny’s project. Stop by soon to great some great BBQ!
ReliantSouth has recently been awarded an extensive retail renovation project in Gulf Breeze, FL. The scope consists of significant modifications to the existing 6,000 sf building’s structural shell and improvements for two (2) new tenant spaces.
Mitch is the newest member to the ReliantSouth team, joining in January 2016. He attained his Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from the University of West Florida. Mitch brings over seven (7) years of construction experience to the team and previously served on construction projects at Eglin Air Force Base and Duke Field. He is currently assisting in the Estimating Department.
