The extensive renovation to the Atlanta, GA restaurant reflects the new ’68 design which embraces the rich history of Sonny’s foundation in 1968 while also implementing modern materials to achieve a great “local BBQ joint” feel. ReliantSouth Construction Group has recently been awarded The Crossings at Inlet Beach Phase 2 Project. The 8,160 sf retail building is scheduled to house three (3) tenants in this growing area of the Walton County 30A corridor.
ReliantSouth has recently been named as the Construction Manager for the JourneyPure project located on Panama City Beach, FL. JourneyPure is an addiction rehabilitation center with four (4) current locations in the United States. The project’s program includes extensive renovations to a 8,500 sf existing building with an additional 4,500 sf living quarters building to be added upon completion of the renovation program.
ReliantSouth has recently broken ground for the new Inlet Beach Water Systems Office project. Inlet Beach Water Systems (IBWS) is a non-profit member owned utility provider. IBWS serves the Inlet Beach unincorporated community of approximately 550 acres located in southeast Walton County in Northwest Florida along the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. This project marks ReliantSouth’s third Walton County project awarded during the last two (2) months.
Well, it’s finally here! The Fresh Market at Pier Park North held its Grand Opening on September 9, 2015. ReliantSouth Construction Group is proud to have been a part of the construction team and believes The Fresh Market will be a tremendous asset to Panama City Beach.
ReliantSouth has recently been selected as the Construction Manager for the Welch Family Medicine Project located in Panama City Beach, FL. ReliantSouth’s preconstruction team has been diligently working with Dr. Leo Welch to assist during the design & permitting phases. The Panama City Beach location will serve as the third branch location for the growing Welch Family Medicine practice.
ReliantSouth is pleased to announce they have been selected as the General Contractor for the $1.4M Panama City Port Authority’s Refrigerated Container Stacking Project. This unique project will serve to assist the Port in their abilities in offloading cargo ships and maintaining refrigeration capabilities prior to shipment. In recent years, the Port has invested over $50 million in new facilities and equipment and has committed to another $35 million in improvements over the next five years. Panama City’s location provides a Gulf coast gateway to shippers and consignees in Georgia, Alabama, Florida, Tennessee, and the Carolinas. ReliantSouth is proud to serve the Port and applauds their significant contributions to and investment in our community.

The 690 North Navy Boulevard location will mark the ReliantSouth team’s tenth (10th) Sonny’s BBQ Project. ReliantSouth has been awarded the West Bay Elementary School Renovation Project. The project consists of renovations to Building #2, #4 & #6 and is scheduled to be completed during the Summer of 2015. ReliantSouth is honored to be involved with this project for Bay District Schools and excited about the re-grand opening to occur in August 2015.
ReliantSouth has been awarded the Rise Dance Center Project located in Destin, FL. The 3,791 square foot Rise Dance Center is a dance studio offering ballet, jazz, hip-hop, Zumba and ballroom-style dance lessons, in addition to drama and music lessons.
