Sandestin is a 2,400 acre resort for all ages and seasons and has been voted the #1 resort on Florida’s beautiful Emerald Coast for many years. After owner, Tom Becnel, considered his options regarding his proposed flagship building at the Sandestin Resort, he decided to entrust the construction of his new Sandestin Welcome Center to the professionals of ReliantSouth Construction Group.
This three story structural frame building houses the registration for the entire 2,400 acre Sandestin Resort along with much needed administrative office space. Designed by architect, Steve Piazza, both the interior and exterior is richly adorned as is fitting for an award winning resort like Sandestin. Construction commenced in January 2014 and the vitally important addition to Sandestin was completed in December 2014.
