ReliantSouth was selected as the General Contractor for the 25,964 square foot Planet Fitness project located in Panama City, FL. The Owner sought a firm who could readily facilitate the compressed project schedule and also allocate the needed resources to achieve a seamless transition from their existing facility located in the Panama City Mall. ReliantSouth and their talented subcontractors aggressively worked days, nights, and weekends to achieve the goal of opening the new club on December 13, 2022. Based on the strength of this project, ReliantSouth was selected by the Owner to facilitate their Starkville, MS project (now open) and Oxford, MS project (currently under construction). ReliantSouth greatly values its relationship with the Planet Fitness team and looks forward to partnering on additional projects throughout the Southeast.
