ReliantSouth Construction Group, along with another firm, served as the Construction Manager for the North Bay Haven Charter Academy Project. The project, designed by the team of DAG Architects and VBA Design, consisted of a 98,679 square foot educational Building as well as a 27,432 square foot gymnasium that serves approximately 1,050 students. The main educational building was completed in the Summer of 2014 to allow students to occupy the campus in the Fall of 2014. The multi-purpose building that houses the gym, band, and choir was completed in the Fall of 2014.
