ReliantSouth was selected to facilitate the shell construction of the 5,000 sf IHOP located on Panama City Beach. Our staff worked closely with the client and tenant improvement firm to shorten the project duration subsequently enabling them to achieve their goal of a December 2014 Grand Opening.
