ReliantSouth was selected by the HOA of Watercolor, a growing South Walton County Community, to renovate their existing amenity facility. Renovations featured the addition of two pools with slides, as well as a lazy river with lifeguard on duty, and a playground and basketball court. Additionally, The Canteen Restaurant & Bar was constructed which offers easy, breezy favorites in a walk-up counter or self-ordering kiosk setting, complete with snacks, drinks, handheld bites and ice-cream.
