Joe is a retired Army veteran with over 24 years active service, experienced in military operations and logistics management to include oversight of facilities maintenance and new construction. Prior to his military career, he worked briefly in residential roofing construction and has several years experience in insurance loss prevention conducting both commercial and residential rating and underwriting surveys. Upon retirement from the military, Joe entered the construction field gaining experience as a Project Superintendent, Project Manager, and assisting with estimating. Joe’s successfully completed projects include hotels, warehouses, convenience stores, schools, churches, a theater, and residential work. In 2022, he became a licensed Certified Building Contractor in the state of Florida. Joe joined the ReliantSouth Team in April 2023 and is currently working on the 98 Center project in Santa Rosa Beach.
Aside from work, Joe values spending quality time with his lovely wife of over 30 years and also enjoys time with their 4 wonderful daughters and their families, including 4 grandchildren. His hobbies are boating, fishing and just enjoying the outdoors.
