Charles joined Richard’s team in 2004 during the construction of the $29.5M design/build I-10 Rest Area project in Okaloosa and Santa Rosa Counties. Since that time, Charles has been involved in a wide range of projects ranging from retail, financial, transportation, and government. Two of the highlights of his 20 year construction career thus far were assisting with oversight as a senior project inspector on the $192M Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport construction project and serving as a vital member on the management team that successfully completed the $35M Advanced Technology Center for Gulf Coast State College. Charles attained his Green Globes Professional Certification (GGP) status in 2014.
An avid fisherman, Charles enjoys the great outdoors. Recently, Charles served as the Project Manager of the construction team for the successful $10.2M campus renovations to Rutherford High School as well as the $3.2M Cedar Grove Elementary Renovation Project. Charles is currently serving as the Senior Project Manager on several Design/Build projects for Bay District Schools.
