Allen joined the ReliantSouth Team to assist with the Bay District Schools Design/Build Prototype Elementary Building projects in 2023. Allen possesses over 30 years of construction experience. Allen began his career in the industry as a concrete foreman. He then transitioned into carpentry foreman role and ultimately became a Superintendent. His previous project experience includes schools, churches, factories, and tenant improvement work.
Allen has been happily married for 30 years, has 3 daughters, and four grandchildren. His hobbies include camping, fishing, hunting and enjoying the outdoors.
