Grocery Outlet is a beloved local grocer by those in the St. Andrews Community and residents of Bay County. In 2018, Hurricane Michael inflicted extensive damage to Grocery Outlet located in St. Andrews. ReliantSouth met with Grocery Outlet ownership to discuss various building systems during the design phase of the project. ReliantSouth encouraged the owners to consider ICF (insulated concrete form) construction to yield a stronger, more durable, energy-efficient structure. The decision was made to proceed with ICF and the project tracked well under the leadership of Bobby Stormer (ReliantSouth Superintendent). The Grand Opening of the 24,772 square foot store occurred in early 2023 to a great reception from the local community.
