Charles joined Richard’s team in 2004 during the construction of the $29.5M design/build I-10 Rest Area project in Okaloosa and Santa Rosa Counties. Since that time, Charles has been involved in a wide range of projects ranging from retail, financial, transportation, and government. Two of the highlights of his 22 year construction career thus far were assisting with oversight as a senior project inspector on the $192M Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport construction project and serving as a vital member on the management team that successfully completed the $35M Advanced Technology Center for Gulf Coast State College. Charles has also served as the Project Manager of the construction team for the successful $10.2M campus renovations to Rutherford High School as well as the $3.2M Cedar Grove Elementary Renovation Project. Charles is currently serving as the Senior Project Manager on the $22.3M City of Springfield’s City Complex and several Design/Build projects for Bay District Schools. Charles attained his Green Globes Professional Certification (GGP) status in 2014.
An avid fisherman, Charles enjoys the great outdoors.
