Sandestin is a 2,400 acre resort for all ages and seasons and has been voted the #1 resort on Florida's beautiful Emerald Coast for many years.  After owner, Tom Becnel, considered his options regarding his proposed flagship building at the Sandestin Resort, he decided to entrust the construction of his new Sandestin Welcome Center to the professionals of ReliantSouth Construction Group.

This three story structural frame building houses the registration for the entire 2,400 acre Sandestin Resort along with much needed administrative office space.  Designed by architect, Steve Piazza, both the interior and exterior is richly adorned as is fitting for an award winning resort like Sandestin.  Construction commenced in January 2014 and the vitally important addition to Sandestin was completed in December 2014.

Aaron Bessant Park Amphitheater

The professionals who now comprise ReliantSouth while part of Team GAC, facilitated the design and construction of the recently completed Aaron Bessant Park Amphitheater project. This state-of-the-art facility, which was designed by the team of DAG Architects and Collins and Associates, attracts world-renowned musicians while still serving as a venue for local community performances. The modern, coastal design blends well with Pier Park, which is a major shopping venue for tourists and residents alike.

The Pool Complex at Carillon Beach

The professionals who are now ReliantSouth while part of Team GAC constructed this inviting amentiy to serve the adjacent Condominum at Carillon.  The amentiy includes a large custom pool with water features, several private hot tub pavilions, a guest changing/bath facility and extensive lounging areas for guests to relax and enjoy the beautiful facility.
