ReliantSouth served as the Construction Manager for the recent renovations to the Trustmark Bank located on Panama City Beach. The Owner interviewed multiple firms for this time sensitive project and selected ReliantSouth based upon their previous experience and ability to achieve the needed aggressive schedule. At the conclusion of the project, the Owner stated, "I want to tell you that Al Harris and Charles Poffenbarger have been awesome! They have gone above and beyond to make everyone happy and have done a tremendous job in a very tough situation to keep us open and our associates and customers working in the building during the construction. I could not have asked for anything more. I can't say enough about the ReliantSouth team and your subs... they did exceed my expectations."

Colonial Bank

The professionals who are now ReliantSouth while working with their prior firm, facilitated the construction of this 6,009 square foot prototype branch for Colonial Bank, which was later purchased by Hancock Bank. The construction team worked closely with the owner & design team during the pre-construction stage to refine the contract documents that translated into a seamless project delivery for all involved.

The professionals who are now ReliantSouth while working with their prior firm, were retained as the Construction Manament Team for Coastal Community Bank in 2003 to facilitate the growing building program of this regional financial institution. Our team members’ ability to quickly deliver a high quality and budget-conscious approach to their facility needs developed this successful building program. A total of nine (9) branches were constructed as Coastal expanded geographically. Coastal Community Bank was later purchased by Centennial Bank.
