ReliantSouth Construction Group has been blessed since inception and has outgrown its current office at 490 Grace Avenue in downtown Panama City. While evaluating countless properties, the ReliantSouth team sought to find a building that would allow an opportunity to invest in the revitalization of the downtown area and also possibly offer the ability to embrace some of the area's historical significance.
After evaluating countless properties, ReliantSouth decided to purchase the old Bay National Bank & Trust Company (later Bay Bank) building located at 230 West 5th Street in Panama City. The building, which was originally constructed in 1960, served as one of the area's primary banks for decades until Bay Bank decided to relocate to another downtown Panama City location. Although vacant for years, the 9,100 sf building contained excellent "bones" and a great open floor plan. The ReliantSouth Team has a vision they believe will enable them to restore the building to its original glory.
The renovation is currently underway and the Team looks forward to moving in their new office in the coming months. Stay tuned for the upcoming Grand Opening!
